JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Sales Executive who will be prospecting new business in their designated territory. This position will require selling our stock product line and collaborating with customers on their desired custom package.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, then maintain business in the direct sale of airless and dispensing systems to the cosmetic and skin care market using consultative selling skills
  • Responsible for attainment of annual sales goals through the Fusion business review process, new account development and account retention
  • Work closely with in-house design and development team to provide customers with creative and innovative packaging solutions
  • Develop, produce and present sales proposals to customers demonstrating our ability to offer with creative solution based programs. Presentations should demonstrate our unique ability to support our customers’ goal of speed-to-market, product category placement and product selling opportunities at a competitive price
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels & cross-function of clients including Purchasing, Packaging Development & Marketing
  • Solicit new accounts through past relationships or cold calling
  • Work closely with client throughout life cycle of project
  • Responsible for the appropriate and timely completion of all field reports such as weekly reports, expense reports as well as various administrative tasks as requested
  • Maintain a clean and neat professional appearance

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college required
  • 6+ years of successful sales experience in the packaging or a cross market industry selling to the personal care market required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Proven sales track record of meeting sales goals
  • Strategic sales planning skills
  • Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Ability to work unencumbered by a previous non-compete agreement
  • Excellent written and oral skills required
  • Travel required, both international and domestic (50%)

Help Desk Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to assist employees with daily needs and ensuring all systems they use are operating optimally.   This position is the first line of support for employee hardware and network support matters.  

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists staff in daily help desk support and break/fix issues including network, internet, phone, email, printers, scanners, etc.
  • Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT ticketing system (Zendesk)
  • Performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting, technical support and repair activities for computer hardware (PCs, Macs, tablets, printers), and software Provides IMAC (install/move/add/change) support of hardware up to 40 lbs
  • Maintenance, back up and required patching of phones, video conference equipment and internal servers
  • Report building using SQL
  • Basic data entry into Salesforce
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and have machines staged to deploy on short notice.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience with solving computer related problems.  Ideally 1-2 years of hands on help desk or desktop technical experience
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, SQL, PowerShell scripting and Salesforce
  • Basic networking; both wired and wireless
  • Knowledge of help desk processes and procedures are a plus
  • Must be confident, highly motivated and passionate about making a difference within Fusion
  • Experienced in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
