Regional Sales Manager - East Coast Office

This position is responsible for leading the group of East Coast Sales Executives to meet or exceed company goals for profitable revenue growth within the Sales Executives' assigned business territories. This position provides management direction for the Sales Executives assigned to his or her team, and manages relationships with other staff functions to ensure appropriate resources are available and focused to support selling objectives.

ORGANIZATIONAL STATUS:

  • Reports to the co-CEO

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Work directly with senior management on understanding goals for the sales team
  • Work with Sales Executive to enforce execution of their goals
  • Work with customers to establish needs and execute projects

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a group of sales executives to meet or exceed company goals for profitable revenue growth.
  • Develop actionable and measurable tactical plans for the Sales Executives to proactively pursue each client or prospective client.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
  • Develop, then maintain business in the direct sale of airless and dispensing systems to the cosmetic and skin care market using consultative selling skills
  • Responsible for attainment of annual sales goals through the fusion business review process, new account development and account retention.
  • Work closely with in-house design and development team to provide customers with creative and innovative packaging solutions.
  • Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing resources and VP of Sales to define overall sales strategy, and to develop products and solutions responsive to the customer's business.
  • Travel to different territories and go on sales calls with Sales Executives
  • Compile and execute sales strategies with the sales force.
  • Employ and teach a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and indifference and connects "need" with the client's solutions.
  • Implement the company's sales process to establish a culture of consultative selling to customer's decision-makers at all levels.
  • Maintain a competitive edge by keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and markets for airless and atmospheric dispensing systems and jars.
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Entertain customers, such as lunches and dinners, on a regular basis and within expense budget.
  • Interview and hire highly energized Sales Executives when applicable.
  • Evaluate Sales Executives at least twice a year.
  • Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned account base.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
  • 7+ years (5+ years managing others) of successful sales experience in the packaging industry or cross market industry selling
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Proven sales track record of meeting sales goals
  • Strategic sales planning skills
  • Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Ability to work unencumbered by a previous non-compete agreement
  • Excellent written and oral skills required
  • Travel required, both international and domestic (50%)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Sales Executive who will be prospecting new business in their designated territory. This position will require selling our stock product line and collaborating with customers on their desired custom package.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, then maintain business in the direct sale of airless and dispensing systems to the cosmetic and skin care market using consultative selling skills
  • Responsible for attainment of annual sales goals through the Fusion business review process, new account development and account retention
  • Work closely with in-house design and development team to provide customers with creative and innovative packaging solutions
  • Develop, produce and present sales proposals to customers demonstrating our ability to offer with creative solution based programs. Presentations should demonstrate our unique ability to support our customers’ goal of speed-to-market, product category placement and product selling opportunities at a competitive price
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels & cross-function of clients including Purchasing, Packaging Development & Marketing
  • Solicit new accounts through past relationships or cold calling
  • Work closely with client throughout life cycle of project
  • Responsible for the appropriate and timely completion of all field reports such as weekly reports, expense reports as well as various administrative tasks as requested
  • Maintain a clean and neat professional appearance

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college required
  • 6+ years of successful sales experience in the packaging or a cross market industry selling to the personal care market required

Accounts Payable Analyst

This position performs Data entry and basic reporting functions to ensure that all accounting data and reporting is accurate and consistent while also assisting with data-mining and reporting projects.

 ORGANIZATIONAL STATUS:

  • Reports to the Assistant Controller

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Works with Assistant Controller
  • Works with Logistics & Purchasing co-ordinator.
  • Works with IT Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process vendor invoices ensuring that each is approved for entry and subsequent payment (Assistant controller to review and close batch)
  • Code and Enter FedEx & DHL invoices according to notations provided by logistics team
  • Prepare receipt of good batches on receipt of shipping documents from Logistics team (Assistant controller to review and close batch)
  • Prepare invoice batches on closing on ROGS batches from Assistant Controller
  • Maintain fixed Asset register for annual audit and internal control of assets
  • Code and enter Manual check registers for all transactions
  • Perform database and excel data-mining for analysis requested by Executive team
  • Assist in preparing salesforce reports as needed
  • Prepare and file 1099s
  • Maintain, organize & dead-file accounting files as needed
  • Assist in preparing schedules for year-end audit

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
  • 2+ years accounting experience
  • Experience with SAGE100 / mas200 preferred
  • Detailed & conscientious
  • MS Excel & data-mining proficiency
