JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, ambitious Sales Executive who will be prospecting new business based in our New York office in Manhattan. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, then maintain business in the direct sale of airless and atmospheric dispensing systems, tubes, and jars to the cosmetic and skin care markets using consultative selling skills
  • Responsible for attainment of annual sales goals through the Fusion business review process, new account development and account retention
  • Work closely with in-house design and development team to provide customers with creative and innovative packaging solutions
  • Develop, produce and present sales proposals to customers demonstrating our ability to offer creative solution based programs
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels & cross-function of clients including Purchasing, Packaging Development & Marketing
  • Solicit new accounts through past relationships or cold calling
  • Work closely with client throughout life cycle of project
  • Responsible for the appropriate and timely completion of all field reports such as weekly reports, expense reports as well as various administrative tasks as requested

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college required
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the packaging or a cross market industry selling to the personal care market required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to assist employees with daily needs and ensuring all systems they use are operating optimally.   This position is the first line of support for employee hardware and network support matters.  

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists staff in daily help desk support and break/fix issues including network, internet, phone, email, printers, scanners, etc.
  • Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT ticketing system (Zendesk)
  • Performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting, technical support and repair activities for computer hardware (PCs, Macs, tablets, printers), and software Provides IMAC (install/move/add/change) support of hardware up to 40 lbs
  • Maintenance, back up and required patching of phones, video conference equipment and internal servers
  • Report building using SQL
  • Basic data entry into Salesforce
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and have machines staged to deploy on short notice.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience with solving computer related problems.  Ideally 1-2 years of hands on help desk or desktop technical experience
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, SQL, PowerShell scripting and Salesforce
  • Basic networking; both wired and wireless
  • Knowledge of help desk processes and procedures are a plus
  • Must be confident, highly motivated and passionate about making a difference within Fusion

Executive Assistant / Office Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists the CEO with daily administrative tasks which includes, but not limited to:

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an on-site Contract Recruiter for our headquarters location in Dallas, Texas.  The Recruiter will be responsible for conducting proactive candidate sourcing and developing a pipeline of qualified candidates to satisfy staffing needs.  This role is expected to last up to 6 months. 

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Develop relationships within the company through the HR Manager
  • Writing job descriptions and managing job postings
  • Meet with Hiring Manager to discuss position requirements, organizational fit and sourcing strategy
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for the down-select of the best 3-5 candidates to be presented to hiring manager
  • Establish relationships with well-qualified candidates and build pipeline of passive candidates
  • Source passive candidates, review resumes, phone screen qualified candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring manager

Modern and chic beauty/cosmetics manufacturing company seeks an Executive Assistant to support one of the company’s CEO’s that is located in New York City. PRODUCT/INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER - NYC

This position is responsible for new packaging development at Fusion from inception to design. We are looking for a Product/Industrial Designer that will work directly with the internal design team to develop new innovative concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, rendering, and prototyping. The designer in this position will be working on internal innovation as well as customer projects with guidance of the design team.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Works closely with marketing, sales, account management, operations, and design teams to establish product requirements, and creates manufacturable designs
  • Works closely with Project Managers to achieve specific design goals for customer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Comfortable quickly communicating through hand sketching and Illustrator/Photoshop renderings.
  • Has an eye for what is beautiful and their finger on the pulse of what is trending today
  • Can build complicated multi-part products in Solidworks and render in Keyshot
  • Provides solutions necessary to achieve innovative designs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Expert level using Solidworks required (minimum 3+ years’ experience, post-school)
  • Experienced designing manufacturable designs for injected plastics required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or Structural Package Design
  • Free to work unencumbered by a previous non-compete agreement
  • 3+ years’ experience in product design, post-school

PRODUCT/INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER - Dallas

This position is responsible for new packaging development at Fusion from inception to design. We are looking for a Product/Industrial Designer that will work directly with the internal design team to develop new innovative concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, rendering, and prototyping. The designer in this position will be working on internal innovation as well as customer projects with guidance of the design team.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Works closely with marketing, sales, account management, operations, and design teams in Dallas to establish product requirements, and creates manufacturable designs
  • Works closely with Project Managers to achieve specific design goals for customer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Comfortable quickly communicating through hand sketching and Illustrator/Photoshop renderings.
  • Has an eye for what is beautiful and their finger on the pulse of what is trending today
  • Can build complicated multi-part products in Solidworks and render in Keyshot
  • Provides solutions necessary to achieve innovative designs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Expert level using Solidworks required (minimum 3+ years’ experience, post-school)
  • Experienced designing manufacturable designs for injected plastics required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or Structural Package Design
  • Free to work unencumbered by a previous non-compete agreement
  • 3+ years’ experience in product design, post-school
  • Capable using Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Independent, self-motivated, well rounded individual with great communication skills and a passion for design
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in plastic manufacturing and structural packaging
  • Must live in Dallas area
  • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
